The hotel is in a convenient location, close to shops and the quay side, but I was disturbed by noise from kitchen vents at night and early morning. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Although the rooms were well-equipped and beautifully fitted out with everything we could need, being at the top of the building meant there was no option to open a window, leading to a very warm and airless atmosphere. However, the service was exceptional, with all staff members being friendly and focused on making my stay perfect.
