The room decor was aesthetic. I really liked the bathroom products. Breakfast was super (i loved the porridge!). The staff were very friendly.

The signage outside for on road parking was confusing. I got a parking ticket on the first night. I had to call in the evening for towels. I thought the room was not cleaned thoroughly.

I was in a back room with a view of an office block. the room smelt vaguely fishy. there was a continuous humming noise during the night. It might have originated from a generator in the kitchen.

I really appreciated the amazing staff here. Everyone was friendly and helped me find parking right in front of the entrance, as the front desk advised. The room was very comfortable and the shower products were lovely!

I asked the receptionist for late checkout. They agreed to give me an extra two hours, but they didn't provide a statement at checkout. A week later, I found an unexpected charge of $51 on my card.
